Morning Light at the Quarry

This beautiful scene is located just north of Omaha, across the Douglas/Washington County line. It's a private property that was once a quarry. The owners have created a beautiful garden, waterlily pond and fishing lake here. A very unexpected delight to experience! This piece was included in the masters division of the Plein Air Artists Colorado 25th Anniversary National Juried Exhibition at Mary Williams Fine Arts in Boulder Colorado.
